This new home is located in the beautiful area of Panama City Beach. This is a perfect place for a large group of friends or an intimate family vacation. The home includes a private yard, front porch, upper balcony, laundry facilities, WiFi and entertainment media.  The beach, St Andrews State Park, dining, shopping, and many activities are close by.  Enjoy the privacy of your own neighborhood with the  proximity to enjoy this beautiful paradise.

Pick up some local fresh fish at one of the many markets and the grill is ready to cook up a delicious meal. Or, since you’re on vacation, skip the cooking and stop in on one of the great local restaurants.

Known as a golf-cart community, the legendary Lower Grand Lagoon of PCB features shopping, marinas, restaurants and a plethora of entertainment options.  It’s an 8-minute walk to the beach where you will enjoy uncrowded beach access, beautiful white sandy beaches and clear blue water. The public boat ramp is just a couple of blocks away, so bring your water toys.

After an unforgettable day at the beach, listen to your favorite music in the downstairs great room or upstairs media room.  If a movie is preferred, there are a handful of movies on DVD and a variety of channels to choose from. Games and puzzles, plus toys for the kiddos are included.  A DVD player on the main TV, along with HDMI connections for connecting external devices, are available.  There are Redbox kiosks less than a mile away with newly released movies. Need to stay connected to work and family while on vacation?  Free high-speed WiFi internet access is included.

This property is available to be rented by adults over 25. Families with guests under 25 are welcome provided an adult 25+ is present. The maximum occupancy is 10.  Please know that exterior security cameras are in place & the number of occupants & animals are always verified.  ID Verification is required and the first and last names of guests.
