This Luxurious beach home is the perfect “Family Tradition” to enjoy year after year. Amazing renovations were completed in 2019. My favorite new addition is the added 2nd master bedroom on the second floor with a private balcony and living area. This home’s huge layout leaves little to be desired with beautiful high-end finishes and decor. Every bedroom has a private full bath; each floor has a washer and dryer (2 sets). The back deck has ample seating while you grill and enjoy your private swim spa. The beach views are everything they should be throughout this home.
An open layout with tall ceilings and high-end touches all around is everything a luxurious beach house should be. On the first floor, you have the living room, dining area, kitchen, and 4 bedrooms, each with a private full bath (Room 1 has 4 twin beds, Room 2 has Queen, Room 3 has Queen, Master 1 has one king and ocean views). The new beautiful kitchen and dining area table sits 10 comfortably, and 4 more can dine at the counter. The large living area and beautiful ocean views are enjoyable from anywhere in the room. There is a large swim spa on the back deck that’s either a great workout or a relaxing hot tub that seats 8 comfortably. This room and the living room open up to your sweeping back balcony. From there, your toes are in the sand.
On the second floor, you have the office area, Queen bunk room, master with living area, and private balcony. The queen bunk room is adult-friendly, with stairs instead of a ladder to reach the top bunk. There is also a 2nd washer and dryer room on this floor as well.
