This property is available to be rented by adults over 25. Families with guests under 25 are welcome, provided two adults 25+ are present. You may not exceed the maximum number of guests in this unit as it sleeps (14)

THE BEACH is a 3 min walk to Beach Access 74 through the large crosswalk at the end of the road! You can stop at Alvin’s Island on your way to the beach (it’s an excellent spot for all beach needs). Don’t pay 30A prices (only 7 miles away) when you have the perfect location! Near Pier Park (3 miles), shopping, restaurants, and the airport. Five bedrooms, with a master suite on the first and second floors. The Kitchen boasts quartz countertops, cabinets with all cooking needs, a gas slide-in oven /cooktop, and a walk-in pantry. Outdoor dining table to enjoy the pool (fenced in).
Sleeping Arrangements:
Sleeps 14– 5 bedrooms (K, K,Q, Q,F/F bunk, T/T bunk)
Two masters (one on each Floor). In the upstairs master, we added bunks to the large walk-in closet (twin/twin) to help accommodate multiple families with kids!
On the 1st Floor, you have an open floor plan with dining and living areas, Kitchen, half bath, and downstairs Master with KING Bed and Private Bath. There is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer on the 1st Floor.
On the second Floor, you have a sitting room at the top of the stairs (with a loveseat and TV) and a large balcony. Master with KING Bed and Bunkroom (Twin/Twin) & Private Bath. Two additional bedrooms upstairs, each with a QUEEN bed share a bath, and there is a small extra bedroom with Full/full bunk.
The back yard has a hot tub, pool (not heated,14feet wide, 20 feet long, and 6 feet deep), outdoor shower, fenced yard, BBQ grill. All pool and patio furniture are Polywood.
All furniture in the house is brand new very quiet street. All bedrooms have TVs, there is also a TV in the downstairs living room and in the upstairs sitting room.
Parking UP TO 4 cars in the driveway.
