Location
Located on the west end of Panama City Beach in the gated La Valencia community. Guests can enjoy their shared oceanfront pool and tennis court nearby! Publix Grocery and Winn Dixie are nearby as well as Sunny Side Grill and several other restaurants. Pier Park is about 5 miles east of this location with endless shopping, restaurants, and fun.
The Home
1st Floor -One bedroom with a full bed and full bath. You have a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, large open living room (with a queen sofa sleeper), and a large back balcony with a grill. A full-size washer and dryer are also on the first floor.
2nd Floor – Your large master suite with king bed, private balcony, and full bath. 2nd guest room with a King bed and full bathroom.
What’s Included
There will be freshly laundered linens on the beds, a full set of bath towels, hand towels and washcloths for 8, 4 beach towels, and a beach wagon with 4 beach chairs. Each bathroom will have bar soaps provided and dishwasher detergent. Also, each bathroom will have 2 rolls of toilet paper to get you started.
Parking
Officially, there is parking for two vehicles in the driveway. There is overflow parking nearby at the owner’s only clubhouse which is a short walk away. Guests are not allowed golf carts or trailers in this community
